1. Payments and Subscriptions

We do not offer recurring monthly subscriptions. Charges will apply only to the items you choose to purchase, ensuring that you pay solely for the products or services you select.

2. Expiration and Renewal

None of our offerings, including VIP packages, renew automatically. However, we will notify you via email before your VIP benefits expire, so you can decide whether to extend them. Your VIP package grants you access to exclusive features, including priority queue, special loadouts, and additional perks across all The Destroyed Souls DayZ servers.

3. VIP Package Validity

VIP memberships are purchased on a monthly basis. Once acquired, the benefits last for 30 days from the purchase date, irrespective of how much time you spend on the server or its uptime.

4. Custom Knives, Flags, and Armbands

  • Custom knives, armbands, and flags are available for a one-time purchase.
  • Custom knives and armbands are automatically added to your character’s inventory upon spawning.
  • Custom flags must be re-skinned at an in-game workbench. By using a standard flag, you can apply your purchased design after the order is finalized.

4.1 – Design and Customization

  • Skins may appear slightly different in the game due to variations in texture or color tone.
  • Pre-designed skins from The Destroyed Souls may be updated occasionally, though the core design will remain consistent.
  • For player-created custom skins, the details and cost are mutually agreed upon through a Discord support ticket. Once finalized, the design cannot be modified.
  • Certain restrictions apply, such as no camouflaged NBC clothing, excessively bright designs, or any content violating our server’s NSFW policies.

5. Clantags and Server Usage

Custom clantags are tied to a specific server and cannot be transferred due to differences in server configurations. Adding a clantag to additional servers requires an extra fee of 50 SEK per server.

6. Use of Images and Designs

The Destroyed Souls reserves the right to use your custom designs or images related to knives, flags, and armbands for promotional or marketing purposes. This allows us to showcase the high quality and creativity of the items available to our community.

7. Sharing Custom Items

If you purchase custom knives or armbands, you may share them with up to three other players. This means a total of four people can enjoy the shared item.

9. Account Suspension or Ban

If your account is temporarily or permanently banned from The Destroyed Souls servers, we are unable to offer refunds or compensation for any remaining VIP time.

10. No Refund Policy

All purchases, including VIP memberships, are final and non-refundable, even if multiple months are purchased in advance.

11. Server Closure

In the unlikely event of server closure or similar issues, refunds for unused VIP time will not be provided.

12. Sales and Promotions

Discounts or promotional offers may be available from time to time at our discretion. These offers are subject to change without prior notice. Purchases made outside promotional periods are not eligible for price adjustments or refunds.

By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of the transaction, even if the item is later discounted. We recommend checking our website or subscribing to updates for information on future sales and promotions.
